About Cannon Ridge
The Cannon Ridge Subdivision broke ground in 1995. There has been continuous development since then, and it is currently home to over three hundred residential properties with spacious lots and sidewalks throughout the subdivision for you to enjoy. The Cannon Ridge Homeowners Association, Inc. was officially incorporated in 1999, and serves to facilitate the Covenants, By-laws and other community matters such as community events and gatherings.
Cannon Ridge Subdivision is surrounded by many great amenities. From the Shiloh Road entrance, our residents have access to Shiloh Park. The park has baseball field's, soccer fields and also has a Splash Park. The Shiloh Splash Park is a zero depth spray park featuring a 50 gallon dump bucket, a mushroom, spray rings, ground geysers, butterfly falls, palm trees, water cannons and the
froggy slide; a lot of fun during the summer days!
